(William DeShazer/ Chicago Tribune) From Crain's Chicago Business 1:53 p.m. CDT, July 27, 2011 Chicago travelers saw the second-biggest jump in domestic airfares earlier this year, according to federal data published Wednesday. The average domestic fare out of Chicago rose 11.8 percent to $360 in the first quarter from $322 in the year-earlier period, according to Bureau of Transportation Statistics data.
